Blending American craftmanship with Italian style, the new design marks a fresh direction for Delta Marine

Delta Marine Unveils a Bold New Vision with Roberto Curtò

In an exciting new collaboration, Delta Marine partners with acclaimed Italian designer Roberto Curtò to introduce a striking yacht concept that seamlessly blends Italian flair with Delta’s renowned precision engineering and craftsmanship.

This partnership unites two distinct design cultures: Delta’s heritage of building world-class yachts in the Pacific Northwest and Curtò’s avant-garde philosophy of life at sea. The result is a bold, contemporary creation that radiates both energy and elegance — crafted for those who see yachting as an expression of adventure and art.

“Nel pinneggiare di una lunga coda, la funzionalità trova la sua eleganza formale,”
Curtò explains — translated as, “In the finning motion of a long tail, functionality finds its formal elegance.”

Designed for Life in the Sun

Conceived for sun-drenched days on the water, the design celebrates outdoor living with expansive decks, a generous pool, and open-air gathering spaces inspired by Italy’s coastal lifestyle. The aft area forms the social heart of the yacht — an immersive environment designed to deepen the connection with the sea. An extra-large pool is seamlessly integrated into the beach club, while sliding cockpit sofas transform the deck into a vast dance floor or panoramic lounge, adaptable to every mood and occasion — from tranquil afternoons to vibrant evenings.

From its sculpted exterior lines to its thoughtfully considered interior layout, the yacht has been shaped around social connection and the joy of proximity to water.

Refined Interiors, Contemporary Calm

Inside, thoughtful proportions, soft materials, and refined detailing create a sense of calm sophistication. The aesthetic is clean and contemporary, defined by restraint and refinement. Natural materials, layered textures, and curated details establish an atmosphere that feels both fresh and sensual — a new expression of comfort within Delta’s portfolio.

Large rounded-edge windows enhance the modern architectural language, while lower bedroom glazing brings the sea closer to every private space. The sky lounge features subtly textured natural wall coverings, adding warmth and tactility to the elevated design narrative.

Engineering Meets Elegance

Beneath the yacht’s sleek silhouette lies advanced naval architecture and meticulous engineering. Curtò’s studio employs sophisticated 3D rendering software originally developed for aerospace applications, enabling Delta to refine every curve and reflection with near-lifelike precision.

The Delta Marine “Longtail” concept embodies a refined and contemporary vision of yacht design, where fluid proportions and sculpted volumes merge into a timeless yet dynamic form. Inspired by the aerodynamic grace of a long tail, the yacht reinterprets performance and elegance through both an architectural and marine lens — delivering a statement of modern luxury on the water.
