Completed this year, Mareterra adds six hectares of new land to one of the world’s most land-scarce nations—an enclave already synonymous with Formula 1 adrenaline, high jewellery maisons, and palatial penthouses. But this isn’t Monaco simply getting bigger. It’s Monaco getting smarter.

Bringing together some of the world’s most celebrated design minds—Renzo Piano, Valode & Pistre, Michel Desvigne, and Denis Valode—the project blends Riviera tradition with bold modernism. Architecture Inspired by the Sea

From above, Mareterra curves across the coastline like a painter’s brushstroke—sinuous, deliberate, and deeply connected to its surroundings. At its heart lies the Port d’Animation, a marina designed for the world’s most elegant small yachts, framed by promenades, cafés, and public art.
