Monaco Yacht Show 2023 preview

From September 27 – 30, the Monaco Yacht Show will have an impressive fleet of over 120 superyachts on display and more than 550 exhibitors in attendance. Considered to be the largest annual gathering of superyachts, the event which is held every year in the Principality of Monaco, is one of the most prestigious and exclusive yacht shows and a hub for innovation, technology, boatbuilding and nautical trends across the entire production chain.

Visitors can discover the most luxurious yachts and maritime-related products and services from all over the world, whilst connecting with key players in the yachting industry, including brokers, designers, naval architects, shipyards, tech innovators, marine suppliers and yacht buyers.

Sustainability is pushed to the forefront this year. The Sustainability Hub returns again, alongside Monaco Yacht Show’s Carbon Neutrality Transition Plan and its on going efforts to minimise its environmental impact. With the implementation of a comprehensive three-phase strategy, the show is progressing to achieving carbon neutrality, actively involving all exhibitors and suppliers in the process. Celebrating the exceptional individuals in the superyacht world, The Honours 2023 will recognise three outstanding Honourees who have made remarkable contributions to a responsible, sustainable, and united future for the industry.  The Honours, organised by The Superyacht Life Foundation and the Monaco Yacht Show and sponsored by Agusta, Begüm Yachting, BWA Yachting, Feadship, Preciosa, Richard Mille and RINA – will showcase the finalists at an exclusive, experiential dinner on the eve of the 2023 Monaco Yacht Show.

SUPERYACHT SHOW STOPPERS

All eyes will be on headline-grabbing vessels such as award-winning Kenshō, built by Admiral in 2022, who will be on display at the show and still picking up media attention from accolades at the World Superyacht Awards 2023 and Boat International’s Design & Innovation Awards 2023. 

Don’t miss the iconic Lürssen superyachts – Carinthia VII that was the largest used yacht sale of the year in 2022 and Kismet.

Launched in March 2023, 65.7-metre Alchemy built by Rossinavi was designed by Philippe Briand – Vitruvius Yachts, with Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi responsible for her interior design and outdoor styling. Alchemy’s main amenities onboard include a Jacuzzi, bar, numerous sunpads, multifunctional entertaining areas, as well as a barbecue positioned near one of the dining spaces.

Other 2023 launches to see at MYS are the 77.7-metre Golden Yachts superyacht O’Rea, featuring exterior design by Studio Vafiadis, and interior collaboration between Studio Vafiadis and Masari Design, and Entourage, delivered this year as part of the Amels 60 Limited Editions series.  

Built by Columbus, the 499 GT aluminium yacht Anjelif sporting a unique golden hull with interior and exterior design by Marco Casali Too Design and naval architecture by Hydro Tec will be present at Port Hercules. Constructed entirely from aluminium, Anjelif is able to accommodate up to 11 guests across seven expansive staterooms, with her master suite located on the main deck forward. Key features onboard include, a gym, sauna and luxurious massage room on the main deck, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a touch-and-go helipad which can be converted into an open-air cinema.  

Eternal Spark, the groundbreaking 50-metre Bilgin 163 yacht was sold in 2022, and will make her debut at the Monaco Yacht Show 2023 showcasing exterior design and naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design and interiors by Hot Lab.
