Following a successful preview season last year, acclaimed Artist-Architect Hugo Toro officially reopens Il Grande on 10 February, his bold Italian restaurant, alongside FLASH, the discreet speakeasy-style bar hidden within it, for the ultimate date night. At the same time, Zuma Cannes also reopens for the season on 12 February, with a special champagne and caviar Valentine’s treat.
Set beneath the iconic seven-metre dome, Il Grande blends 1960s Italian glamour with a contemporary, cinematic atmosphere. Designed for romantic dinners and celebratory evenings, the restaurant features live music, an al fresco terrace, and a menu by renowned Chef Yiannis Kioroglou, including truffle arancini, paccheri in a secret tomato sauce and scaloppine al limone.

Behind a concealed door, FLASH returns on Friday and Saturday nights as an intimate late-night hideaway, ideal for post-dinner Valentine’s cocktails. The fully custom-made space pairs pleated leather, onyx and hammered copper with reimagined agave cocktails, evolving DJ sets, and a sensual, immersive design.

From 11–15 February, Palm Beach Cannes will further transform its galleries for an immersive Valentine’s celebration, open daily from 2pm, celebrating love in all its forms. Programming includes a photo studio, beauty workshops, a gold jewellery engraving bar, a tea room and champagne bar.
