PORT NIMARA ANGUILLA ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH EQUINOX HOTELS WITH PLANS FOR AN EQUINOX RESORT AS THE CORNERSTONE OF ITS MARINA DEVELOPMENT 

Port Nimara, Anguilla’s newest and most luxurious marina development, today announces a strategic partnership with Equinox Hotels to establish Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara within its world-class marina destination. This collaboration underscores Port Nimara’s commitment to creating an unrivalled luxury marina lifestyle destination in the Caribbean. 

Port Nimara, located at the southwest end of Anguilla, between the prestigious Cap Juluca and Altamer estates, will feature a 118-berth marina designed to accommodate yachts up to 240 feet. The development will be anchored by a 62-room Equinox Resort and branded residences, which will include 18 oceanfront villas, 18 upland villas and 35 Equinox resort residences all offering breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. This partnership is a unified vision between Port Nimara and Equinox Hotels with both brands dedicated to creating a destination which is truly unique within the Caribbean.

As a port of entry allowing for customs and immigration clearance, Port Nimara will provide seamless access for guests arriving in Anguilla by boat. The development will feature a vibrant promenade filled

Underscoring the significance of Equinox Resort Anguilla Port Nimara, Christie’s International will be supporting with the sales due to start Q1 2026. Led by veteran Caribbean broker Dominique Silvera, who is also the founder and chairman of Christie’s International Real Estate Barbados, Christie’s have recently announced their newest Caribbean affiliate in Anguilla. She believes the marina will be a boon to the island attracting many international buyers from the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., drawn by Anguilla’s residency by investment programme and no income, capital gains, inheritance or corporate taxation. Port Nimara is being developed by South West Harbour Inc., a joint venture of SF Investments Ltd., Time Equities Inc., and Antillean Developments Inc. Port Nimara Anguilla is scheduled to welcome its first vessels in 2027, while the Equinox Resort will welcome its first guests in 2029, establishing a new benchmark for luxury marina living in the Caribbean.
