Monaco, October 28, 2024.
The Monaco Chamber of Legal Advisors is embarking on a new chapter with a fresh leadership team ready to address the Principality’s evolving legal and economic landscape. Newly elected President Mr. Robert BOISBOUVIER now leads the institution, founded in 2011 by Roger ORECCHIA and previously led by Jean-Pierre ARTIERI. This new era includes the appointment of Pierre-Jean DOUVIER as Vice President, alongside a dynamic and dedicated Board of Directors: Arthur ROHMER (Treasurer), Nathalie TANZI (General Secretary), and esteemed board members Arève MARDIROSSIAN-LECROQ, Xavier de SARRAU, and Sylvain FRESIA.
Under this new leadership, the Chamber is launching a series of extensive initiatives aligned with Monaco’s key projects. A central focus will be on closely collaborating with the Princely Government to streamline and improve understanding of registration procedures in Monaco, covering personal, physical, family, and business-related registrations.
In tandem, the Chamber plans to develop workshops and white papers on new economic and legal initiatives designed to enhance Monaco’s competitiveness, directly benefiting both residents and entrepreneurs.
One of the major undertakings in this reorganization involves revisiting ethics regulations and professional confidentiality—both foundational pillars for legal security and the handling of judicial and parajudicial matters in Monaco.
Fully committed to these priorities, the Chamber aims to work closely with the Princely Government and the National Council to bolster protection for economic actors, collaborating with regulated professions such as lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, and accountants.
With this restructuring, the Monaco Chamber of Legal Advisors reinforces its commitment to strengthening the legal security and attractiveness of the Principality, supporting professionals in a continually evolving environment.
Legal advisors hold a unique position within Monaco’s professional ecosystem, bridging accountants and lawyers. As trusted advisors to families and entrepreneurs, they play a crucial role in the diversity and sophistication of Monaco’s professional landscape. The Chamber is eager to collaborate with the Judicial Professional Training Institute, contributing to the development of local expertise through articles and conferences, particularly in corporate law.
