An inspiring evening of craftsmanship, creativity, and culture unfolded in the heart of Midtown at 1155 Sixth Avenue, where designers, artisans, collectors, and fashion insiders gathered for a special showcase presented by the Fashion Alliance Network, founded by Martu Parker Freeman with its President, Nole Marin. 

The event celebrated the enduring power of handmade design and the stories behind it. Guests had the opportunity to meet the makers themselves, transforming the experience from a traditional presentation into an intimate dialogue between creator and admirer. In a world increasingly driven by speed and technology, the evening served as a reminder that craftsmanship and human connection remain at the heart of great design.

Among the designers featured was Alejandro Barzaga, whose work blends structure, emotion, and storytelling through bold silhouettes and refined tailoring. Also highlighted was Rivesse, known for modernizing traditional South Asian ceremonial attire with extraordinary textiles and impeccable craftsmanship. Jewelry house Lizab Essential presented pieces that reflect the timeless beauty of personal adornment through thoughtful, handcrafted design.

The evening also featured the powerful work of Nassat Nation Nacinimod Deodee, a visionary multidisciplinary artist, educator, and cultural architect, and Founder & CEO of Nassat Nation. Working across crochet fiber sculpture and wearable art, jewelry, poetry, performance, and public installation, Nacinimod uses art as a tool for healing, education, and social change—demonstrating how creativity can inspire both personal reflection and collective transformation.

Together, these creators highlighted the vibrant diversity of contemporary fashion and art, where heritage techniques, global perspectives, and innovative ideas intersect.
